We take our social responsibility very seriously and commit to doing all we can to improve our communities and the lives of those who live in them. Our goal is to provide positive returns to our neighborhood while simultaneously strengthening employee engagement, company performance and community partnerships. Our corporate commitment will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Supporting charitable causes that focus on the well-being of children and young mothers (perhaps offering free diapers to local shelters for mothers in financial distress)
• Creating or supporting scholarships and grant programs
• Sponsoring community events that are in line with our company values and that promote community pride and unity, such as a youth sports team or a coat/toy drive
• Participating in community events that honor veterans, police, firefighters and teachers
• Supporting summer job and internship programs for students and young adults
• Supporting and participating in youth mentorship programs such as Big Brothers/Sisters
• Supporting professional development and mentoring efforts
• Join the Chamber of Commerce to form strategic partnerships and stay on top of what’s happening in the community
• Buying local whenever possible to support local businesses to fuel the local economy
• Remaining good environmental stewards
